My journey in education began as a special education teacher in Washington, DC, where I spent years designing and delivering inclusive, research-based instruction for diverse learners. Through roles in student support, MTSS, and school leadership—including coaching and instructional leadership—I built a foundation in equity-driven practices, continuous improvement, and team development.
Over more than 15 years, I’ve expanded this passion into system-level leadership, guiding K–12 schools, nonprofits, and federal programs to modernize how we use data, technology, and strategy in service of educators and students. With experience directing cross-functional teams, scaling innovative support models, and integrating tools like Power BI and automated workflows, I specialize in transforming complex challenges into actionable change.
I currently manage a $25M grant portfolio for the U.S. Department of Education, lead national educator quality initiatives, and support data-driven advancement across multiple programs. My work centers on aligning policy, practice, and analytics to strengthen outcomes and equity at every level—from classroom to federal system.
If you value systems thinking, practical innovation, and a partnership-first approach to transforming education, I’d love to connect and help make a difference in your community.
