I am a mission-driven network leader with 13 years of experience in public education, which includes roles as a teacher, dean of instruction, and senior director. As a collaborative leader, I provide system-level strategic planning, program development, mentoring, and professional development opportunities that bolster team capacity and improve school design. Over my years at public schools in underserved communities, I have supported educators, schools, and network leaders in implementing instructional best practices in special education, both in-person and digitally. The programs and policies that I develop and champion help to close the achievement gap and drive success for students of all backgrounds, races, socioeconomic statuses, and learning needs.
